BrightChamps has acquired Education10x in a cash and stock deal. The acquisition is in line with BrightChamps’ vision of providing a one-stop solution for future-ready life skills to children in the K-12 segment. The announcement comes a couple of months after BrightChamps raised $63 Mn led by Premji Invest, GSV Ventures, Binny Bansal, 021 Capital, and BEENEXT. The round helped the edtech startup to become a soonicorn with a $500 Mn valuation.

Gurugram-based edtech startup, CollegeDekho Group has acquired Getmyuni and IELTSMaterial in a deal valued more than INR 50 Cr. The acquisition enables CollegeDekho Group to hit a 4X revenue run rate growth over its last year’s numbers and scale further to maximise growth this year.
  • GoStudent acquires UK’s Seneca Learning and Spain’s Tus Media Group (2022)
European edtech unicorn GoStudent has acquired the U.K.’s Seneca Learning and Spain-based Tus Media Group in a move that extends its reach into areas not previously touched by the Austrian unicorn. Seneca provides algorithmic learning content while Tus Media is an open tutoring marketplace. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
